Vinification
Grapes are harvested in the first decade of September. After soft pressing, the fermentation temperature of the clear must is checked. Malolactic fermentation is not performed. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 5 months in contact with its own yeasts.
Features
The color is straw yellow and crystal clear. On the nose, the wine is consistent with an intense and fine aroma, very fruity. The taste is quite soft, with a dry, warm flavor and good acidity. It is persistent, balanced and harmonious.
Pairings
It goes well with appetizers, fish dishes in general, white meats, and is excellent with buffalo mozzarella from Campania and creamy cheeses.
